Although inconsistent from time to time, service crew is very friendly.

People under 21 can't have alcoholic beverages while on the cruise. Bringing liquor onboard is strongly prohibited, and those found will be confiscated and destroyed, while those bought ashore or in duty free shops will be held till the end of the voyage.
